Initial enquiries
The form asks for your name, company, email, enquiry type, geography and requirements. Telephone is optional. These details are sent to the team handling enquiries so they can understand and respond to your request.
Do not send credentials, private documents, exact sensitive infrastructure details, confidential asset identities or tenant information. Start with a non-sensitive summary and agree how any further information should be shared.
Directory and atlas
The public-source directory filters and map controls work in your browser. They do not create an account, open a data room or verify asset availability. No confidential inventory is included. The site does not save your directory searches between visits.
Security and technical information
The enquiry form uses an essential session cookie and security token. The host may process request information, including IP address, request time and browser information, for operation, security and rate limiting. No third-party advertising trackers or analytics are included.
External sources
Source links open external websites with their own privacy terms. Public-source context does not imply endorsement, partnership or permission to disclose private information.
Your choices
You can ask the enquiry team to explain information use, correct details or discuss deletion of information no longer required. Use the enquiry form and choose “Other”. Any later controlled disclosure or data-room access needs separately agreed terms and access arrangements.
