DIGITAL INFRASTRUCTURE / REAL-WORLD POSSIBILITIES

Space. Power.
Possibility.

The next chapter of compute starts with the right place.

From a rack to an entire facility. From powered land to modular capacity. A confidential-first conversation around the infrastructure your next workload needs.

UK · IRELAND · CROWN DEPENDENCIES · SELECTED INTERNATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

LOCATION IS A STARTING POINT. DELIVERABLE CAPACITY IS THE QUESTION.

01 / FROM PROPERTY TO PROCESSING

One market.
Many ways in.

Choose the shape of your requirement. Explore public operator and project information, then start a controlled conversation about a real requirement. Availability and authority need separate confirmation.

Public-source directory — availability requires confirmation.

Confidential does not mean vague.

Real opportunities need a verified identity, authority to disclose and a current evidence pack. Confidential asset identities, availability and documents are released only through an agreed process. No private inventory is embedded in this public page.

02 / THE BRITISH ISLES INFRASTRUCTURE ATLAS

See the connections.
Ask better questions.

A geographical context for power, networks and compute requirements. Explore the layers, then test the site-specific facts. The map does not establish spare power, fibre rights or asset availability.

03 / THE NEXT GENERATION IS A REQUIREMENT, NOT A LABEL

Build for the workload.
Validate the foundations.

AI training, inference, conventional cloud and local edge services ask different things of a facility. Match the physical and commercial design to the actual work.

POWER & COOLING

Density needs a plan.

Assess deliverable import capacity, cooling approach, rack loading and the path from contracted power to a usable IT load. A headline MW figure is not the whole engineering brief.

CONNECTIVITY & LOCATION

Latency is part of place.

Consider carrier choice, route diversity, access to fibre, interconnection and the users or data the workload depends on. Nearby infrastructure is context, not a connection guarantee.

COMPUTE AS A SERVICE

Buy outcomes, not just floor area.

Define accelerator or CPU needs, storage, network, data handling, workload duration and software compatibility. Compare service capacity with owning or leasing the physical infrastructure.

04 / CONSENTED. CONNECTED. COMMISSIONED.

Three different words.
Three different proofs.

Planning permission does not mean a site is energised. An electricity offer does not mean a building is ready. An offline facility may need recommissioning, a new operating model or a carefully scoped conversion.

Know what to ask for ↗
  1. 01 / AUTHORITY

    Who can offer the opportunity?

Ownership, authority to market, tenure, disclosure permissions and counterparties.

  2. 02 / READINESS

What can be delivered, and when?

Planning conditions, connection agreements, construction, commissioning and operational status.

  3. 03 / FIT

Does it serve the actual workload?

Power, cooling, connectivity, resilience, environmental constraints and commercial terms.

05 / A CLEAR BRIEF OPENS THE RIGHT DOOR

Bring the requirement.
Find the next move.

Looking to buy, lease, deploy or compute? Tell us the asset type, geography, scale, timing and the evidence you need to make a decision.

Owners and introducers can start with an anonymised outline. Agree authority to market, disclosure permissions and any NDA before sharing an asset identity or document pack.

Initial enquiry only. This form is not a secure data room, an offer, a mandate or a commitment. Do not include credentials, confidential documents, exact sensitive infrastructure details or private tenant information.

Your opportunity brief

REQUIRED *

CLEAR QUESTIONS. BETTER DECISIONS.

Keep the detail.
Keep the confidence.

Are all directory entries available properties?

No. Entries distinguish publicly described operator capacity and projects from confirmed available assets. Source material is not a live stock list. Verify availability, authority and current terms before relying on an entry.

Does a nearby power station mean a site has power?

No. Proximity does not establish a connection right, import capacity, energisation date or deliverable power. These require project-specific evidence from the relevant network and counterparties.

Can I enquire about a consented but offline facility?

Yes. Explain the planning position and current operational status. Planning permission, connection agreements, construction completion and readiness for occupation are separate milestones.

Can you help with racks, modular systems or compute?

The enquiry gateway covers whole facilities, suites, racks, powered land, modular and mobile systems, edge deployments and compute requirements. Availability, technical suitability and commercial terms need review.

Is this a secure online data room?

No. This public website collects a non-sensitive initial brief. Confidential documents, precise asset identities and access terms should be agreed separately before disclosure.
